Overall, this proposal aims to develop the following competencies:
• Planning and developing online learning experiences.
• Using digital methodologies and technologies effectively.
• Assessing learning outcomes in diverse and ethical ways.
• Creating digital teaching materials autonomously.

In accordance with the competencies outlined above, this training programme is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
• Teachers capable of designing and implementing course units in distance education formats with high pedagogical quality.
• Adoption of innovative and sustainable methodologies in higher education.
• Strengthening of digital culture and flexible learning within institutions.
