OA1. Apply BizDevOps and Agile Project Management principles. Explain and apply the roles, artifacts, and ceremonies of the Scrum and BizDevOps framework to facilitate collaboration between business, development, and operations teams, ensuring effective IT project management through iterative and incremental delivery cycles.
OA2. Identify and prioritize project requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into well-formulated user stories and apply the MoSCoW method to prioritize deliverables based on value and business constraints. Transform high-level contributions into achievable product backlogs.
OA3. Design and document project structures in Atlassian Confluence. Create structured knowledge bases and interconnect design artifacts between tools to support traceability, team collaboration, and alignment between documentation and project information governance (e.g., task management).
OA4. Manage and track projects in Jira Software. Set up projects, boards, sprints, and reports to track progress, manage workloads, and integrate development activities, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement. -
